How long until the site is live?
A flagship site typically launches 2–3 weeks after you sign. Week 1 is design review; week 2 is build; the third week (when needed) absorbs revisions and DNS switchover. If you're in a hurry we can compress to 10 days — ask.
What do I actually need to give you?
Logo if you have one (we can refine if it's rough). Photos — real photos of your space, food, or team. Copy, or notes toward copy. Access to your domain registrar when it's time to switch DNS. Everything else we handle.
Do I own the site when it's done?
Yes. You own the domain, the code, the deployment. If you ever leave Site Care, the site keeps running and you keep every login. No lock-in, no platform tax.
What's the difference between Flagship and Site Care?
Flagship is the one-time build to launch you. Site Care is the optional monthly retainer to keep the site fresh — menu updates, seasonal graphics, new photos, minor feature adds. Most clients start with Flagship only, then add Care after they see how often they'll actually want changes.
Do you do multi-page sites / full e-commerce?
Not as our default. 95% of local businesses convert better on a single well-crafted page than on a 12-page architecture. If you truly need an online ordering or storefront add-on, we can scope that separately — $1.5K range.
Why should I hire you instead of a local agency?
Agencies subcontract their local small-business work to juniors, bill you for 6 people showing up to a call, and hand you a template-driven build. We're one person. We're local. Every pixel is ours. The Mythpoint Bistro site took two weeks. An agency would have quoted six.
What if I don't love the design?
Two rounds of revisions are built in — one at design review, one before launch. If after both rounds we're not aligned, you get your deposit back minus time spent. We haven't had to use that clause yet.
